Capsilon Professional Services is responsible for implementing Capsilon DocVelocity to meet each customer’s unique business goals, and for ensuring that every customer realizes the full potential of DocVelocity for maximum return on investment.
The Professional Services organization is comprised of five teams seamlessly working together to deliver high-touch, world-class customer service.

Consulting Services

Capsilon DocVelocity Implementations. Every Capsilon customer is assigned a dedicated Implementation Manager who is responsible for the successful rollout of DocVelocity. Your Implementation Manager will provide deep product expertise and best-practice advice, along with disciplined project management skills, to configure and deploy DocVelocity to meet the needs of your business. Capsilon follows a strict methodology for every implementation project, which includes on-site discovery and requirements documentation, collaborative solution design, extensive testing, user training, change management, and post-implementation guidance.

Software Tools and Integrations. The Consulting Services team can also build software utilities that interface with DocVelocity for a variety of purposes, such as enhanced reporting, data extraction, systems integration, and more. Our senior consultants can work with your business stakeholders to design and develop system extensions that maximize the value of your investment in DocVelocity.

Training Courses. Capsilon offers a variety of training courses to meet the needs of everyone in your organization who interacts with DocVelocity. Each course is tailored to fit your business processes. Courses are offered in an on-site classroom format, but many are also available as interactive web-based classes. A sampling of the offerings in our course catalog is listed below:

  • DocVelocity Site Administrator Training – equip your site administrator to set up user accounts, configure site settings, and manage security
  • “Train the Trainer” Training – empower your own in-house training team to deliver DocVelocity training
  • Help Desk Training – prepare your internal IT Help Desk to support DocVelocity
  • Feature Training – learn more in-depth about specific features of DocVelocity such as Threads, Queues, Automated Data Extraction, and more
  • API Developer Workshop – prepare developers who are using the DocVelocity Orchestration API to build integrations and automation with other systems

Customer Success

Your Customer Success Manager is your first point of contact at Capsilon for anything you need, from product training to billing questions to changes in your subscription service.  Your Customer Success Manager can identify and organize the appropriate people and resources within Capsilon to get your question or issue resolved quickly.

Customers who subscribe to DocVelocity Premium Edition are also assigned a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at no additional cost.  The TAM is intimately familiar with your DocVelocity implementation and other business systems, and will work with you proactively to identify new ways to leverage your investment in DocVelocity more effectively through process improvements and system integrations.

Product Support

All Capsilon customers receive world-class support from a team of U.S.-based support professionals with deep Capsilon DocVelocity product knowledge.  Whenever you have a technical or functional question, you can submit a support case through our self-service Support Portal, toll-free phone number, or email.

You can speak with a Capsilon support analyst live by calling 877-362-8356, option 2.  Our phone lines are open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.  After-hours support is also available for critical production issues.

Data Services

The Capsilon Data Services team configures your DocVelocity installation to recognize loan documents and extract data from them as needed.  Through the creation of “Learnsets” and “Data Sets”, your company’s unique document requirements can be automated to reduce or eliminate the human error of manual indexing.

  • Maintenance of Capsilon’s Standard Learnsets for Automated Document Recognition (ADR) and Automated Data Extraction (ADE)
  • Creation and maintenance of custom ADR and ADE Learnsets
  • Identification and collation of industry-standard documents and all their variations
  • Mapping of document fields to MISMO-compliant data points (MISMO 3.3 standard)

Q.A. & Compliance Services

The Q.A. & Compliance Services team performs a variety of tasks designed to maximize the potential of the data stored in your DocVelocity loan folders.

  • Bulk imports of loan files into DocVelocity
  • Backfile conversion from legacy systems
  • Due Diligence and Quality Control of loan documents
  • Folder Indexing and Data Validation
  • TRID assistance

The Q.A. & Compliance Services team provides enhanced decision services, leveraging DocVelocity technology to process your company’s business rules for accepting or rejecting loans, quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with the new TRID regulations.  The team can also provide straight-through processing (STP) and workflow automation for any number of functions, including Pre-Funding QC, Post-Closing QC, and portfolio investment analysis for correspondent lenders.
